Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order on your country’s post website.

Each country's customs policy is different. Because of this, we cannot guarantee you how much duty your government will add to you. Generally, governments do not add duties to individual shipments for such a small amount. We do not bear the cost of customs duty charged by your country.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please include the tracking code you received from us when the package arrived. 

It is hard for us to tell which phones will fit in our Induction Holder as there are many versions of cases that our customers are using with their phones. So to verify if your phone will fit, please measure your phone width including the case you are using. The maximum width that will fit in our chargers is 83mm or 3.2in wide.

Yes, we supply magnetic chargers for all phone plug types to add magnetic charging capabilities to any phone.

The Induction Holder is powered by a USB C cable. So if your car has a port for USB or USB C then you do not need an adapter. If your only power source is the cigarette lighter then yes, you will need and adapter. We have a quality adapter in the Induction Holder store that you can purchase as an add-on to your order.

Yes, the Induction Holder works with both horizontal and vertical vent mounting.
