Shipping and Delivery
Our store has fulfillment centers in China. Due to high demand, it takes us 3 - 7 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 12 - 18 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order on your country’s post website.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please include the tracking code you received from us when the package arrived.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Wrong address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Changes in orders
You can cancel your order for any reason within 2 hours after purchase, because after this time your order is sent to our contractor. If you ask for a change after this time, we will direct you to our refund policy. Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order.

Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

Each country's customs policy is different. Because of this, we cannot guarantee you how much duty your government will add to you. Generally, governments do not add duties to individual shipments for such a small amount. We do not bear the cost of customs duty charged by your country.
